The Alfred Duma Local Municipality Speaker, Cllr Bhekinkosi Sithole on Tuesday, 26th September 2023, warmly welcomed a new PR councillor deployed in ward 11 Rossboom, Miss Zandile Poscal Nsuntsha to join council.
The newly inaugurated councillor committed herself to serve the community she is deployed to with faithfulness and be truthful in ensuring service delivery to the people.
The inauguration proceeded well without any interruptions or disturbance.
