On Monday, 29 September 2025, Honourable Speaker. Cllr BP Sithole warmly welcomed and swore in the new proportional representational councillor to the Alfred Duma Local Municipality council.
Cllr Bheki Joel Zwane was sworn in as a Democratic Alliance Proportional Representational Councillor, replacing Cllr A Suddaby, who had gone on to retirement and resigned from the council.
The newly inaugurated councillor committed himself to serving the community to which he has been deployed with faithfulness and to ensure service delivery to the people.
