1022/2023 FINANCIAL YEAR
Council has approved a 10% incentive for payment of rates and refuse in advance for the 2022/2023 financial year for all owners of properties except state properties, who will qualify for a 10% rates incentive discount, for payment of the annual rates and refuse paid on or before 30 September 2022.
The advance rates calculation will be processed at room 14 at Lister Clarence, Enquiry Counter, should you wish to take advantage of this incentive or e-mail for application request to BHNgobese@alfredduma.gov.za.
This incentive will only be applicable to ratepayers ON CONDITION that all accounts are PAID TO DATE, as at date of application which will be effective from 1 July 2022.
